Hilda Esquina

Bilingual Interpretive Outreach Assistant

Hilda Esquina is originally from El Salvador and moved to Washington, D.C. at the age of five. She has come a long way and is a current student and proud bulldog at Bowie State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, Luna, and gardening. She plans to assist Patuxent Research Refuge in their communications with Hispanic families so they can engage more freely and feel included in everything the national wildlife refuge has to offer.
