Helen Sieracki

Helen Sieracki has worked at Chesapeake Conservancy since 2012, making her one of the longest tenured employees. She has served in various roles at the Conservancy, including Executive Assistant and Annual Fund Manager.

In her current role as HR Manager, Sieracki manages all aspects of the employee experience, including recruiting new team members, administering pay and benefits, handling employee relations issues, and fostering an inclusive team culture.

Sieracki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Dance from Ursinus College. In 2022 she earned her SHRM-CP accreditation. Sieracki lives in Columbia with her husband and dog and enjoys reading, playing pub trivia, and taking long walks around her neighborhood.
